How do I take it?
Chew 3 gummies once a day, any time, with or without food. Take them every day, including rest days. Each pouch holds 90 gummies, a 30-day supply.
Do I need to work out to take creatine?
No. Your muscles and brain store creatine whether or not you train. Pairing it with regular activity, even walking or light strength work, gives the best results for strength.*
Can men take Ascend Strong too?
Yes. We designed Ascend Strong with women in mind, but creatine monohydrate works for any healthy adult. Three gummies a day gives you 3.75 g of creatine.*
When will I notice a difference?
Creatine builds up in your muscles gradually with steady daily use, so give it at least 4 to 8 weeks. Everyone is different and results vary.*

Each gummy contains 1,250 mg of creatine monohydrate. Other ingredients: Maltitol Syrup, Isomalt, Erythritol, Pectin, Citric Acid, Sodium Citrate, Malic Acid, Calcium Lactate, Natural Lemon Flavor, Natural Beet Red (Color), Stevia Leaf Extract. A 3-gummy serving has 15 calories and 0 g sugar.
Is Ascend Strong vegan and gluten free?
Yes. It's sugar free, vegan friendly (made with pectin, not gelatin), gluten free and non-GMO, and made in the USA.
What sweetens a sugar-free gummy?
Ascend Strong is sweetened with sugar alcohols (maltitol, isomalt and erythritol) plus stevia leaf extract, so it has 0 g sugar. A 3-gummy serving contains about 6 g of sugar alcohols. Some people are sensitive to sugar alcohols and may notice mild digestive discomfort; if that happens, try taking your gummies with a meal or spreading them across the day.

Is creatine safe for women?
Creatine monohydrate is one of the most studied supplements, and research in women has found it well tolerated. It's intended for healthy adults 18 and over.
Can I take it while pregnant or breastfeeding?
