- One-time orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping
- One-time orders under $75: $5.95 standard shipping
- Express shipping: $14.95
Canada
- Orders of $75 or more: free standard shipping
- Orders under $75: $12.00 standard shipping
- Express shipping: $20.00
All prices are in U.S. dollars.
- Processing: orders ship within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
- Delivery: estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
- Tracking: you'll receive an email with your tracking link as soon as your order ships.
Subscriptions
Subscription orders ship automatically on your chosen schedule. You can skip a delivery, change your date or cancel anytime from your account, as long as you make the change before your next order is processed.
Damaged, defective or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Returns
You can return unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. For health and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of opened products unless they are damaged or defective. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
